Job Description

• Administers contracts, during construction of the projects and / or during the engineering services, in accordance with schedules, contractual terms and conditions, variation orders, payment terms, and conduct quantity survey to maintain proper contractual records.

• Prepares qualification criteria to qualify and select Consultants, Contractors, and vendors to carry out the projects and assist in technical and financial evaluations.

• Compile scope of work, tender documents (commercial terms, specifications, bill of quantities, and drawings).

• Issue Purchase Requests (PRs), and follow up on PR/PO approval process.

• Prepare Variation Order (reports) and follow up on approval process.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

• At least 5 years’ experience in similar position

• Experience in contracting and procurement process

• Proficiency in English language (verbal and writing)

• Computer skills

• Ability to work under high pressure
