Instrumentation Engineer

APC is seeking a skilled and experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation.

Job Summary:

•  To Lead Instrument Technicians and Foremen in Executing All Section Related Jobs.
• To Communicate and Arrange with Other Departments and Sections to Facilitate Related Jobs.
• To Cover All Emergency Jobs with The Appropriate Resource.
• Manage All Instrument Works and Equipment by Following Up the Daily Maintenance Planned and Unplanned Activities in The Plant.
• Troubleshoot And Analyze Failure Cases of All Instrument Devices and System.
• Carry Out the Implementation of Any New Instrument Project or Modification According to Production Need.
• Carry Out the Implementation of Any New Instrument Project or Modification According to Production Need.
• Enforces Safety Regulations on Work Quality by Ensure That All Staff Are Complying with Safe Instruments Installations and Protection.
• Reporting Daily Feedback to Section’s Superintendent Regarding Completed Work Orders and Progress of Daily Plan.
• Keep Good Housekeeping and Follows Environmental Rules by Conducting Walk Around, Initiating Appropriate Disciplinary Actions and Promoting Safety Awareness.
• Conduct Weekly Safety Meeting.
• Ensure That All APC Safety Regulations Are Understood and Implemented by All Staff.
• Ensure That All Required Spare Parts Are Available.
• Continual Monitoring of Staff Performance with Written Notes to Issue an Accurate Employee Appraisal.
• Conduct Weekly Safety Tours (Four to Five Tours) To Identify Any Unsafe Conditions May Affect Human Safety.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum Of (3) Years of Experience in Related Field.
• Good Knowledge of Different Control Systems Philosophy.
• Fluent In English (Reading and Writing), Computer Skills, MS-Office.
• Ability To Work in Exceptional Circumstances, With A Flexible Personality.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Teamwork & Follow Up Skills.
• The Successful Candidate Must be a Non-Smoker.
• Passing The Special Exams & Interviews Determined for This Job.
• Age Less Than (30) Years
