Senior Engineer-Civil Maintenance

                 Job Summary:

• Plan, supervise, and monitor all civil maintenance activities within APC facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all civil assets and infrastructure within the plants to maximize asset reliability and minimize unplanned failures.
• Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all civil shutdown activities, ensuring maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and within the approved shutdown schedule to avoid any impact on plant operations.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Operations and Maintenance Departments to ensure optimum plant availability.
• Review contractors' work progress, invoices, variation orders, and technical submittals.
• Prepare maintenance plans, technical reports, KPIs, and progress updates.
• Identify maintenance risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities while minimizing operational interruptions and maintaining the integrity of plant civil infrastructure.

Job Requirements

•           Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with credible professional certifications is a must.
• A minimum of (10) years of experience in civil maintenance, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of contract administration, maintenance planning, shutdown management, and site supervision.
•           Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak Arabic and English are a must.
•           High proficiency in computer and Microsoft applications
•           Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
•           High integrity with a personal commitment to employee health and safety
•           Team worker and must be able to respond to off-hour emergencies.
•           Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively.
•           The preferred age is below 40 years old.
