Junior Electrical Engineer (Service contract Agreement)

Job Description: APC is seeking for skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for industrial plants.

Summary of duties:

• Directing and supporting Following-up equipment preventive maintenance by continuous monitoring and checking up the PM schedule list.
• electrical technicians for good work quality and job safety issues.
• Providing technical support for different technicians working in groups.
• Trouble shooting and failure analysis of all electrical fault types.
• Reporting safety issues / log out daily maintenance activities / lead electrical groups for assigned works.
• To communicate and arrange with other departments and sections to facilitate the related jobs.
• To cover all emergency jobs with the appropriate resource.
• Manage all Electrical work and equipment by following up the daily maintenance planned and unplanned activities in the plant.
• Carry out the implementation of any new Electrical project or modification according to production need.
• Enforces safety regulations on work quality by ensure that all staff are complying with safe Electrical installations and protection.
• Reporting daily feedback to section’s superintendent regarding completed work orders and progress of daily plan.
• Keep good housekeeping and follow environmental rules by conducting walk around, initiating appropriate disciplinary actions and promoting safety awareness.
• Ensure that all APC safety regulations are understood and implemented by all staff.
• Ensure that all required spare parts are available.
• Continual monitoring of staff performance with written notes to issue an accurate employee appraisal.
• Conduct weekly safety tours (four to five tours) to identify any unsafe conditions may affect human safety.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• (3-5) years' experience in electrical plants maintenance such as:
  MCCs, transformers, motors, cables, joints, safety, LOTO, hoists and OHC, (ABB, SIEMENS, VACON, NIDEC) VSD    MV   and   LV ... etc.
•         Good knowledge in SimoCode smart relays ,  Siprotec relays , GE relays .
•          Good computer and reporting skills
•          Fluent in English (reading and writing), Computer skills, MS-Office.
•          Ability to work in exceptional circumstances, with a flexible personality.
•          Analytical & problem-solving skills.
•          Teamwork & follow-up skills.
