Executive & Technical Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing finished products.
- Optimizing warehousing processes (storing & loading) and to be an effective team leader.
- Managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouses.
- Responsible for full implementation of the procedures regarding product preservation as quality and quantity during loading and storing processes.
- Efficiently supervise the loading of all trucks and containers.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Manage and model the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures.
- Direct the daily housekeeping and keep the workplace clean, tidy and in excellent conditions to ensure good housekeeping of the work area.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse’s grounds, loaders, and equipment.
- Work closely with internal management to execute all planned programs.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to product quality & quantity.
- Maintain and control warehouse inventory to keep shrinking at acceptable level.
- Train and supervise a staff of warehouse personnel.
- Perform any duties related to his job as assigned by the superintendent.
Skills

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's in chemical engineering
- Age less than 35 years
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience as supervising & leading people in the field of chemical industries
- Strong working knowledge of warehouses operations and management
- Must have strong leadership, communication, organizational & customer service skills.
- Should have good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as basic math skills.
- Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity & be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
- Full knowledge of English writing, reading, and speaking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
- Effective Communication, both orally and in writing
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Teamwork & must be able to respond to off-hour emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.
- Cooperates, collaborates, and works towardcommon goals with others.
- Working in shifts system.
